7-Day Return Policy
Because all our shirts are handmade to order, we offer a 7-day window from delivery to report any issues with your order.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for issues reported within 7 days of delivery:
- Defective or damaged items - Including vinyl peeling, cracks, misalignment, or print errors
- Wrong item received - If you received a different shirt, size, or color than ordered
- Design errors - If the design doesn't match what you ordered
What Cannot Be Returned
- Changed your mind or no longer want the item
- Ordered the wrong size or color by mistake
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Custom orders with approved design proofs (unless defective)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number - Found in your confirmation email or account
- Description of the issue - What's wrong with the item
- Photos of the problem - Required for defective items or design errors
- Preferred resolution - Replacement, refund, or exchange
We'll respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution and prepaid return shipping label if applicable.
Resolutions We Offer
- Free Replacement - We'll send a new shirt if yours arrived defective or damaged
- Full Refund - Complete refund to your original payment method
- Exchange - Different size or color (subject to availability)
- Partial Refund - For minor issues that don't require return
Refund Processing Time
Once we approve your return and receive any necessary items back:
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days
- Your bank or credit card issuer may take 5-7 additional business days to post the refund to your account
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Order Cancellations
Since we make everything to order, cancellations are time-sensitive:
- Within 12 hours - Full refund, no problem
- 12-24 hours - May be possible if your shirt hasn't been made yet
- After 24 hours - Your shirt is likely already being made; contact us and we'll see what we can do
Size or Color Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, contact us within 7 days. While we can't guarantee exchanges for non-defective items, we'll do our best to help you out. A restocking fee may apply.
